The ideal candidate will ensure smooth academic administration, maintain compliance with educational standards, support faculty and students, and contribute to the institution’s overall academic excellence.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee daily academic and administrative operations of the institution
* Develop and implement academic policies, procedures, and operational standards
* Coordinate with faculty, department heads, and management for academic planning
* Manage student records, admissions, examinations, and academic documentation
* Ensure compliance with educational regulations and accreditation requirements
* Monitor academic schedules, timetables, and institutional activities
* Supervise administrative staff and support team performance
* Handle student and parent inquiries, grievances, and academic coordination
* Prepare academic reports, performance analysis, and institutional documentation
* Coordinate training, workshops, and academic events
* Support budgeting, resource planning, and institutional development initiatives
* Ensure efficient communication between academic departments and administration
Required Qualifications
* Master’s degree in Education, Business Administration, Academic Management, or related field
* Strong knowledge of academic administration and institutional operations
* Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
* Proficiency in MS Office and academic management systems
* Ability to manage teams and multiple administrative functions effectively
* Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Experience
