We are seeking an Account Manager to manage client relationships, oversee account operations, and ensure long-term customer satisfaction and business growth. The role involves handling key accounts, identifying new business opportunities within existing clients, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver services effectively. The ideal candidate should be client-focused, strategic, and capable of meeting revenue and retention targets

• Manage and maintain strong relationships with assigned key clients

• Act as the main point of contact for client communication and support

• Track account performance and prepare regular reports for management
