Job Description
The Accounts Assistant will support the finance department in managing daily accounting tasks within a manufacturing setup. The role involves handling financial transactions, maintaining records, assisting in inventory accounting, and ensuring compliance with statutory requirements.
Responsibilities
• Record daily financial transactions (purchases, sales, expenses, payments)
• Assist in maintaining accounts payable and receivable
• Prepare and process purchase invoices and vendor payments
• Support inventory accounting and stock reconciliation
• Assist in cost tracking and production-related expenses
• Perform bank reconciliations and ledger updates
• Assist in maintaining accounts payable and receivable
