Key Responsibilities
* Manage daily office administrative activities and operations
* Handle office correspondence, emails, phone calls, and documentation
* Maintain records, files, and confidential documents systematically
* Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
* Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary
* Support HR and accounts departments with administrative tasks
* Prepare reports, presentations, and office-related documentation
* Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and internal departments
* Ensure proper maintenance of office facilities and equipment
* Handle courier services, invoices, and basic office procurement
* Assist management in day-to-day operational activities
Required Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration, Commerce, or related field
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
* Good organizational and multitasking abilities
* Ability to work independently and under pressure
* Professional and customer-focused attitude
