Job Summary

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Admin Executive to manage daily administrative operations and provide office support to ensure smooth business functioning. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication, coordination, and multitasking skills with the ability to handle office administration efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage daily office administrative activities and operations
* Handle office correspondence, emails, phone calls, and documentation
* Maintain records, files, and confidential documents systematically
* Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
* Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary
* Support HR and accounts departments with administrative tasks
* Prepare reports, presentations, and office-related documentation
* Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and internal departments
* Ensure proper maintenance of office facilities and equipment
* Handle courier services, invoices, and basic office procurement
* Assist management in day-to-day operational activities

Required Qualifications

* Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration, Commerce, or related field
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
* Good organizational and multitasking abilities
* Ability to work independently and under pressure
* Professional and customer-focused attitude

Preferred Skills

Experience

* 1–4 years of experience in administration or office support roles preferred
