Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Admin Intern to support daily administrative operations and gain practical office experience. The ideal candidate should be eager to learn, organized, and able to assist the administrative team with routine office tasks.

Key Responsibilities

* Assist in daily administrative and office support activities
* Handle filing, documentation, and record maintenance
* Support data entry and preparation of reports
* Assist in managing phone calls, emails, and office correspondence
* Coordinate meetings and schedule appointments when required
* Maintain office supplies and support procurement activities
* Help organize office records and confidential documents
* Support HR, accounts, or operations teams with administrative tasks
* Assist in maintaining a clean and organized office environment
* Perform other administrative duties assigned by supervisors

Required Qualifications

* Currently pursuing or recently completed a diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Management, or related field
* Basic knowledge of MS Office applications
* Good communication and organizational skills
* Willingness to learn and adapt
* Positive attitude and teamwork skills

Preferred Skills

* Time management and multitasking
* Basic documentation and data entry skills

* Attention to detail and accuracy

Experience

* Freshers and students are encouraged to apply
