The Architect role involves preparing architectural drawings, coordinating with engineers and contractors, and ensuring projects comply with building regulations and client requirements. Architects oversee projects from concept development through construction to ensure design accuracy and quality standards are maintained.
Responsibilities
• Develop architectural designs based on client requirements
• Prepare concept drawings, detailed drawings, and specifications
• Coordinate with engineers, consultants, and contractors
• Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
• Select materials and finishes
• Monitor construction progress to ensure design accuracy
• Review and approve contractor drawings and materials
• Manage project timelines and deliverables
• Attend client meetings and present design proposals
