Job Description
The Assistant Finance Manager supports the Finance Manager in overseeing financial planning, reporting, budgeting, and compliance activities. The role ensures accurate financial analysis, smooth accounting operations, and adherence to statutory requirements while supporting strategic decision-making.
Responsibilities
• Assist in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting
• Prepare and review financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)
• Monitor and control company expenses and cash flow
• Support in month-end and year-end closing activities
• Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, PF, ESI, and other statutory regulations
• Coordinate and support internal and external audits
• Analyze financial data and prepare MIS reports
