Job Description
The Assistant Finance Manager supports the Finance Manager in managing financial operations, budgeting, reporting, and compliance. The role involves financial analysis, cost control, and ensuring accurate financial reporting to support business decision-making.
Responsibilities
• Assist in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting
• Prepare and review financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)
• Monitor cash flow and working capital management
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities
• Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, PF, ESI, and other statutory regulations
• Coordinate with internal and external auditors
