Job Description
The Assistant Legal Manager supports the legal department in managing legal documentation, compliance, contracts, and corporate legal matters. They assist in reviewing agreements, ensuring regulatory compliance, handling legal correspondence, and coordinating with internal departments and external legal advisors. The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and knowledge of corporate and commercial law

• Draft, review, and manage contracts, agreements, and legal documents
• Assist in ensuring company compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
• Handle legal notices, correspondence, and case documentation
• Maintain legal records, licenses, permits, and statutory documents
• Assist in dispute resolution and follow-up on legal cases
