Job Description
The Assistant Store Manager supports the Store Manager in daily retail operations, including sales management, staff supervision, customer service, inventory control, and ensuring smooth store functioning to achieve business targets.
Responsibilities
• Assist in day-to-day store operations and management
• Supervise and support sales staff and floor employees
• Ensure excellent customer service and complaint handling
• Monitor and achieve sales targets and KPIs
• Manage billing, cash handling, and reconciliation
• Maintain stock levels, inventory control, and replenishment
