A Bank Office Executive supports day-to-day banking operations, customer service, documentation, and back-office processing to ensure smooth branch functioning and compliance with banking procedures
Responsibilities
• Assist customers with account opening, deposits, withdrawals
• Maintain and update customer records
• Enter transaction details into banking systems
• Assist in loan documentation and processing (basic level)
• Assist in cash reconciliation (if assigned)
• Ensure adherence to banking rules and RBI guidelines
