We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Banquet Manager to oversee banquet operations and ensure the successful execution of events. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing all banquet functions while maintaining high service standards and customer satisfaction
Responsibilities
• Plan and coordinate banquet events, functions, and conferences
• Manage banquet staff and ensure smooth event execution
• Liaise with clients to understand event requirements and expectations
• Oversee setup, service, and breakdown of banquet events
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and service standards
• Monitor inventory, equipment, and cost control
