Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and energetic Business Development Executive (BDE) to support business growth by generating leads, building client relationships, and promoting the company’s products or services. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to meet sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

* Identify potential clients and generate new business leads
* Contact prospective customers through calls, emails, and meetings
* Build and maintain strong client relationships
* Present company products/services to clients effectively
* Follow up on inquiries and convert leads into business opportunities
* Prepare proposals, quotations, and sales reports
* Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
* Conduct market research and competitor analysis
* Coordinate with internal teams for smooth customer onboarding and support
* Maintain accurate customer records in CRM or sales systems

Required Qualifications

* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Basic knowledge of sales and business development processes
* Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
* Ability to work independently and in a team
* Good negotiation and interpersonal skills
