### Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic **Business Development Manager (BDM)** to drive business growth and expand our client base in Oman. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and business development, excellent relationship-building skills, and a proven ability to identify and secure new business opportunities.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Commerce, or a related field.
Requirements
* 3–5 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management.
* Proven track record of generating new business and achieving sales targets.
* Strong leadership, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
* Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
* Valid driving license is preferred.
* Fluency in English; Arabic is an added advantage.
Key Requirements & Responsibilities
• Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
• Identify, prospect, and acquire new clients through networking, referrals, and market research.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Conduct market analysis to identify emerging trends, opportunities, and competitor activities.
• Prepare and deliver business presentations, proposals, and quotations
• Negotiate contracts and close business deals.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery and customer satisfaction
• Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports for management.
• Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking activities.
• Ensure achievement of monthly and annual business targets.
