We are seeking an Billing Assistant supports the billing department by preparing invoices, maintaining billing records, and ensuring accurate financial documentation. The role requires attention to detail and basic accounting knowledge
Responsibilities
• Prepare and generate invoices and billing statements
• Maintain billing records and documentation
• Assist in verifying billing data and correcting discrepancies
• Ensure compliance with billing procedures and policies
• Coordinate with accounts and sales teams for billing updates
• Assist in daily financial reporting

Experience Required
