We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Branch Manager to oversee the daily operations of a bank/insurance branch. The role involves managing staff, achieving business targets, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining compliance with company policies and regulatory standards
Responsibilities
• Manage overall branch operations and performance
• Achieve sales and business targets (loans, deposits, insurance policies, etc.)
• Ensure excellent customer service and grievance handling
• Monitor financial transactions and compliance with banking regulations
• Develop and implement business growth strategies
