Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Camp Boss to manage camp accommodation facilities, supervise housekeeping and catering operations, and ensure proper welfare services for employees. The candidate should possess strong leadership abilities, administrative coordination skills, and experience handling camp operations in construction or industrial environments. The role involves monitoring camp maintenance, coordinating with service providers, maintaining hygiene and safety standards, and ensuring smooth daily camp operations according to company policies and operational requirements.
Responsibilities
• Supervise daily camp operations including accommodation, housekeeping, catering, and maintenance activities
• Monitor camp cleanliness, hygiene standards, and employee welfare facilities regularly
• Coordinate with catering, housekeeping, transport, and maintenance teams for smooth camp operations
• Maintain camp occupancy records, inventory reports, and administrative documentation accurately
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company regulations within camp facilities and accommodation areas
