Responsibilities
• Provide one-on-one career counselling to students
• Assess student interests, skills, and aptitude
• Guide students on academic paths, courses, and career opportunities
• Organize career guidance sessions, workshops, and seminars
• Maintain counselling records and track student progress
• Coordinate with parents, teachers, and institutions
