Job Description
The HR Executive is responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations including recruitment, employee relations, payroll coordination, and compliance. The role supports the implementation of HR policies and ensures smooth functioning of HR processes within the organization.
Responsibilities
• Manage end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, interviews)
• Handle employee onboarding and induction
• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
• Assist in payroll processing and attendance management
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, PF, ESI, and statutory requirements
• Handle employee relations and grievance resolution
• Support performance management and appraisal processes
