We are seeking an experienced Civil Contract Administration Manager to oversee contract management, compliance, and project coordination for civil construction projects. The candidate will ensure all contractual obligations are met while minimizing risks and maximizing project efficiency.
Responsibilities
• Prepare, review, and manage construction contracts and subcontracts
• Ensure compliance with legal, contractual, and regulatory requirements
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and consultants for smooth project execution
• Monitor project progress and handle contract variations, claims, and disputes
• Evaluate contractor performance and ensure timely project delivery
• Maintain proper documentation and contract records
