Job Description
A Civil Foreman is responsible for supervising day-to-day construction site activities, managing workers, coordinating with engineers and subcontractors, and ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and according to approved drawings and quality standards. The role requires strong leadership, site execution knowledge, manpower handling, and understanding of UAE construction safety regulations.
Responsibilities
• Supervise daily civil construction and site execution activities
• Allocate manpower, tools, and materials for site operations
• Coordinate with site engineers, subcontractors, and project managers
• Ensure work is completed as per drawings and specifications
• Monitor RCC, block work, plastering, waterproofing, and finishing activities

Skills & Qualifications
Experience Required
1–6 years
Required Skills
Ability to read civil drawings
Construction safety and HSE compliance
Knowledge of RCC and finishing works
Site supervision and workforce management
Team leadership and coordination
