The Civil Supervisor is responsible for overseeing day-to-day construction site activities, ensuring work is carried out according to drawings, specifications, and safety standards. The role involves supervising workers, managing materials, and coordinating with engineers to ensure timely and quality project execution
Responsibilities
• Supervise construction site activities and labor work
• Ensure work is executed as per drawings and specifications
• Monitor daily progress and report to engineers/site managers
• Check quality of materials and workmanship
• Coordinate with contractors, workers, and suppliers
• Ensure proper use of materials and reduce wastage
