Job Description
We are seeking a motivated Commis II to support kitchen operations and assist in preparing high-quality dishes. The candidate will work under senior chefs to ensure consistency, efficiency, and adherence to hygiene standards
Responsibilities
• Assist in food preparation and basic cooking tasks
• Follow standard recipes and instructions from Chef de Partie/Sous Chef
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workstation
• Ensure proper storage, labeling, and stock rotation (FIFO)
• Support inventory control and minimize wastage
• Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards
