We are hiring a Concierge to provide personalized assistance and premium guest services in luxury hotels, residences, and hospitality properties in The Pearl-Qatar. The role involves handling guest requests, arranging reservations and transportation, coordinating with hotel departments, and ensuring an exceptional guest experience
Responsibilities
• Welcome guests and provide professional assistance
• Arrange transportation, reservations, and guest bookings
• Coordinate with housekeeping, front office, and guest service teams
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve service requests promptly
