The Concierge / Lifestyle Concierge Supervisor is responsible for delivering exceptional and personalized guest experiences by managing concierge operations, handling bookings, and providing expert local recommendations. The role ensures high service standards, efficient guest handling, and seamless coordination for VIP guests in a luxury hotel environment.
Responsibilities
• Supervise day-to-day concierge desk operations
• Manage guest bookings (transport, sightseeing, activities, dining)
• Provide personalized recommendations for Kodaikanal attractions
