The Concierge / Lifestyle Concierge Supervisor is responsible for managing concierge services and delivering personalized guest experiences, including bookings, travel planning, and local recommendations. The role ensures seamless guest handling, especially for VIPs, while maintaining luxury hospitality standards.

• Provide personalized recommendations (Dal Lake, Gulmarg trips, etc.)
