We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to lead and oversee all site construction activities for residential, commercial, and MEP-integrated projects, ensuring timely delivery, quality standards, cost control, and compliance with safety regulationS
Responsibilities
• Plan, manage, and supervise all construction activities on-site
• Coordinate with civil, electrical, mechanical, and project teams
• Ensure work execution as per approved drawings, BOQs, and specifications
• Monitor project schedules, manpower, materials, and equipment usage
• Control project costs and ensure budget compliance
• Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers

Skills & Qualifications
Experience Required
4–10 years
Required Skills
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Experience in MEP coordination and subcontractor management
Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project scheduling tools
Strong knowledge of residential and commercial building projects
