Job Description
The Courier Delivery Executive is responsible for picking up and delivering parcels, documents, and packages to customers within assigned routes. The role ensures timely, safe, and accurate delivery while maintaining good customer service and handling COD (Cash on Delivery) collections where applicable.
Responsibilities
• Collect parcels from the distribution center or warehouse
• Deliver packages to customers within assigned areas on time
• Ensure safe handling of shipments during transit
• Verify delivery details and obtain customer signatures
• Collect Cash on Delivery (COD) payments when required
• Update delivery status using mobile apps or systems
