Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Crusher Operator to operate and monitor crusher plant machinery for mining, quarry, or construction material processing activities. The candidate should possess strong knowledge of crushing equipment, operational safety procedures, and maintenance support activities. The role involves ensuring smooth plant operations, monitoring production output, identifying equipment issues, and maintaining safety and operational efficiency throughout daily crushing and material handling activities.
Responsibilities
• Operate crusher plant machinery and monitor production processes according to operational requirements
• Inspect crusher equipment, conveyors, and plant systems to ensure proper functioning and safety
• Adjust crusher settings and controls to maintain required material size and production quality
• Report equipment faults, operational issues, and maintenance requirements to supervisors promptly
• Maintain cleanliness of plant areas and follow industrial safety and operational procedures consistently
• Inspect crusher equipment, conveyors, and plant systems to ensure proper functioning and safety

Experience Required

Equipment monitoring and operational troubleshooting capability

Preventive maintenance and plant housekeeping awareness
Understanding of quarry and mining safety procedures
