We are looking for a customer-focused and proactive Customer Relationship Executive to manage client interactions, resolve customer concerns, and maintain long-term business relationships. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer queries, ensuring customer satisfaction, and supporting sales and service operations. Responsibilities
• Handle customer inquiries through phone, email, and direct communication professionally.
• Data Management: Utilizing software and manage district-wise routing.
• Reporting: Generating daily reports to keep management and clients informed on delivery statuses.
• Issue Resolution: Handling customer complaints or delays and coordinating with the team to fix them.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Resolve customer complaints and coordinate with internal departments for quick solutions.
• Maintain customer records, feedback reports, and CRM updates accurately.
• Support sales and business development teams in customer engagement activities.
