Job Description

We are hiring a Customer Service Executive to handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide excellent support across phone, email, and in-person channels. The role involves ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining service quality standards, and supporting sales or operations teams when required

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
• Resolve complaints and provide accurate information to customers
• Maintain customer records and update CRM systems
• Coordinate with internal departments to resolve service issues
