Job Description

We are hiring a Customer Service Executive to manage customer interactions and provide professional support in retail, hospitality, healthcare, and corporate sectors in Al Wakrah. The role involves handling inquiries, resolving complaints, coordinating with departments, maintaining customer records, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction and service quality

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person interactions
• Resolve customer complaints and provide service solutions
• Maintain customer records and update CRM systems
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer support
• Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain service standards
• Prepare reports and follow up on customer requests when required
