Job Description

We are hiring a Customer Service Executive to provide professional customer support and ensure excellent service experiences for clients in retail, hospitality, healthcare, telecom, and corporate sectors in Al Wukair. The role involves handling customer inquiries, resolving complaints, maintaining customer records, coordinating with departments, and supporting smooth customer relationship management operations

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries through phone, email, and direct interaction
• Resolve customer complaints and provide effective service solutions
• Maintain and update customer records and CRM systems
• Coordinate with internal departments to support customer requirements
• Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain service quality standards
