We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Chef de Partie to manage a specific section of the kitchen and ensure high-quality food preparation. Responsibilities
• Prepare and cook dishes within assigned kitchen section
• Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and portion control
• Supervise and train junior kitchen staff
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen
• Assist in inventory control and stock rotation
• Support menu planning and development
