The Director of Operations oversees all core hotel departments to ensure operational efficiency, service excellence, and profitability. This role focuses on cross-department coordination, audits, budgeting, and performance improvement, ensuring the hotel meets 5-star luxury standards at all times.
Responsibilities
• Ensure consistent 5-star service standards and conduct regular operational audits
• Oversee operations of Rooms Division, Food & Beverage, Housekeeping, and other departments
• Manage budgets, cost control, and departmental performance
• Support the GM in strategic planning and act as second-in-command
