Job Description
The Assistant Hotel Manager / Resident Manager supports the General Manager in overseeing daily hotel operations. This role ensures smooth functioning across all departments, maintains luxury service standards, and acts as the in-charge of the property in the absence of the GM.
Responsibilities
• Oversee day-to-day hotel operations across Rooms, F&B, and support departments
• Ensure guest satisfaction and handle escalations, VIP guests, and service recovery
• Supervise and coordinate department heads to maintain 5-star service standards
• Assist in budgeting, cost control, and operational efficiency

Experience Required
6–10 years
