Job Description

We are seeking an organized Dispatch Coordinator to manage dispatch schedules, coordinate transportation activities, and ensure timely delivery of goods and materials efficiently. The candidate should possess strong communication abilities, documentation management skills, and experience handling logistics coordination professionally. The role involves monitoring shipment movements, coordinating with drivers and warehouse teams, maintaining dispatch records, and ensuring smooth transportation operations while following company logistics procedures and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate dispatch schedules, transportation assignments, and delivery operations according to operational requirements
• Communicate with drivers, warehouse staff, and logistics teams regarding shipment updates and dispatch activities
• Maintain dispatch records, delivery documentation, and transportation reports accurately and systematically
• Monitor shipment status and ensure timely movement of goods and materials to designated locations
• Ensure compliance with company dispatch procedures, transportation regulations, and safety standards
