We are seeking a proactive and experienced Employee Relations Specialist to manage workplace relationships and ensure a positive organizational culture. The ideal candidate will handle employee concerns, support conflict resolution, and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies

• Manage employee relations issues, grievances, and disciplinary actions
• Provide guidance on HR policies, procedures, and labor laws
• Conduct investigations and resolve workplace conflicts
• Support performance management and employee engagement initiatives
• Maintain documentation related to employee relations cases
