Job Description
The Field Technician is responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing equipment or systems at customer or site locations. This role involves fieldwork, technical troubleshooting, and ensuring proper service delivery.
Responsibilities
• Install and configure equipment/systems (internet, telecom, electrical, etc.)
• Perform maintenance and repair work at customer sites
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions
• Conduct regular inspections and testing of equipment
• Ensure proper installation standards and safety procedures
• Respond to service requests and complaints
