cial Controller / Accounting Manager is responsible for overseeing all financial operations of a 5-star hotel, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and strategic financial planning. This role manages budgeting, payroll, audits, financial reporting, and internal controls while supporting executive decision-making and maintaining luxury hospitality standards.
Responsibilities
• Financial Reporting & Control – Prepare accurate financial statements, monitor P&L, and ensure compliance with accounting standards and hotel policies
• Budgeting & Forecasting – Develop annual budgets, track variances, and support departments in cost control and financial planning.
