Job Description
We are seeking hardworking Fisherman Support Staff to assist with fishing operations, equipment handling, and daily marine support activities efficiently. The candidate should possess basic knowledge of fishing practices, physical stamina, and the ability to work in coastal or marine environments. The role involves supporting fishermen during fishing trips, handling nets and equipment, maintaining cleanliness of boats and work areas, and ensuring smooth day-to-day fishing operations while following marine safety procedures.
Responsibilities
• Assist fishermen with preparation of nets, fishing tools, and marine equipment before trips
• Support loading, unloading, sorting, and handling of fish and fishing materials efficiently
• Maintain cleanliness of boats, storage areas, and fishing equipment after operations
• Assist with basic boat maintenance and ensure equipment is stored safely and properly
• Follow marine safety instructions and support smooth daily fishing and coastal operations

Experience Required

Awareness of marine safety and equipment maintenance procedures
Fishing support and marine equipment handling capability
