We are looking for an energetic and motivated Fitness Trainer to help clients achieve their health and fitness goals through personalized exercise programs and professional guidance. The candidate should be responsible for assessing fitness levels, designing workout plans, and ensuring safe and effective training sessions
Responsibilities
• Assess clients’ physical fitness levels and health conditions
• Follow gym policies and professional fitness standards
• Create customized workout and training plans based on client goals
• Promote healthy habits, nutrition awareness, and wellness routines
• Guide clients during exercise sessions and ensure proper techniques
• Monitor client progress and modify fitness programs when needed
