We are looking for an energetic and dedicated Fitness Trainer to guide clients in achieving their health and fitness goals through personalized workout plans, exercise instruction, and motivation. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of fitness techniques, excellent communication skills, and a passion for health and wellness
Responsibilities
• Assess clients’ fitness levels and health conditions
• Design personalized workout and training programs
• Monitor client progress and adjust fitness plans accordingly
• Provide guidance on fitness routines, strength training, and weight management
• Motivate and support clients to achieve fitness goals
