Job Description
We are seeking an organized Fleet Coordinator to manage vehicle operations, monitor transportation schedules, and support efficient fleet management activities. The candidate should possess strong coordination abilities, knowledge of vehicle maintenance procedures, and experience handling transport documentation and driver coordination professionally. The role involves tracking fleet performance, scheduling vehicle maintenance, monitoring fuel usage, and ensuring smooth transportation operations while following company safety and operational standards.
Responsibilities
• Coordinate daily fleet operations including vehicle scheduling, route planning, and driver assignments
• Maintain fleet records, transportation logs, insurance documents, and service reports accurately
• Monitor vehicle maintenance schedules, fuel consumption, and operational performance regularly
• Communicate with drivers, transport teams, and maintenance staff regarding operational updates and requirements
• Ensure compliance with transportation regulations, safety standards, and company fleet procedures
• Maintain fleet records, transportation logs, insurance documents, and service reports accurately
