We are seeking a highly skilled Fleet Supervisor is responsible for managing transportation operations, ensuring efficient delivery schedules, vehicle maintenance, and driver performance to support smooth logistics and supply chain activities
Responsibilities
• Supervise daily fleet operations including trucks, vans, and delivery vehicles
• Manage drivers, schedules, attendance, and performance
• Plan and optimize routes for timely and cost-effective deliveries
• Ensure vehicles are properly maintained, serviced, and compliant
• Monitor fuel usage, mileage, and operational cost

Skills & Qualifications
Experience Required

Proficiency in MS Office and logistics/fleet systems
Strong knowledge of transportation and delivery management
Strong problem-solving and time management skills
