We are seeking a Floor Supervisor to manage daily floor operations in Al Buraimi, Oman, ensuring smooth workflow, staff coordination, and excellent customer service. The role involves supervising frontline staff, maintaining operational standards, monitoring sales activities, and ensuring proper display and cleanliness of the floor area. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient execution of store or facility operations while supporting management in achieving business goals.
