Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Floor Supervisor to oversee daily floor operations, supervise staff activities, and ensure high standards of customer service and operational efficiency. The candidate should possess strong leadership abilities, communication skills, and experience handling team coordination in retail, hospitality, or commercial environments. The role involves monitoring workflow, assisting customers, resolving operational issues, and ensuring smooth daily operations while maintaining company service and safety standards.
Responsibilities
• Supervise daily floor activities and ensure smooth operational workflow across assigned areas
• Monitor staff performance, assign duties, and support efficient team coordination during operations
• Assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and service-related support professionally
• Ensure cleanliness, product arrangement, and operational standards are maintained consistently
• Prepare operational reports and ensure compliance with company policies and safety procedures
