Oversees housekeeping operations on assigned floors, ensuring rooms and corridors meet brand cleanliness and presentation standards.
Responsibilities
• Inspect cleaned rooms (vacant, occupied, VIP) for quality assurance
• Supervise and assign tasks to Room Attendants
• Handle guest requests, complaints, and special arrangements (e.g., VIP setups)
