We are hiring a Front Office Executive to manage reception operations and provide professional customer service to guests and visitors. The role involves handling check-ins/check-outs, managing inquiries, coordinating bookings, and ensuring smooth front desk operations in a hotel or corporate environment

• Answer calls, emails, and customer inquiries promptly
• Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments
• Maintain guest records and front office documentation
