We are hiring a Front Office Executive to manage reception operations and provide professional assistance to guests and visitors in hospitality or corporate environments. The role involves handling check-ins/check-outs, managing reservations, responding to inquiries, and ensuring smooth front desk operations with excellent customer service
Responsibilities
• Welcome guests and manage front desk operations professionally
• Handle check-in, check-out, and reservation procedures
• Answer phone calls, emails, and guest inquiries promptly
• Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments
• Maintain guest records and front office documentation accurately
